My money's on 'Escape ('The Pina Colada Song') by Rupert Holmes. Hey remember when drinking Pina Coladas was considered sophisticated?!

Incidentally at the other end of the decade at the very beginning of 1970, a song peaked at #36 that Rupert Holmes was largely responsible for. No pina coladas in it. Name the song and the group.
