Tune from ny childhood
Hey guys, I'm looking for a song from the early 70's (I think)..it was on one of those collage albums like Ronco came out with....I don't know the artist but the song was "Randy" or "Randi" I loved that song as a kid I would like to hear it again

Let's see, there was a few 45s called 'Randy' in the '70s: 'Randy' by Blue Mink (a big hit in the UK in 1973), another 'Randy' by Cat Stevens in '78, and there was another one by The Happenings in 1968. Or maybe just maybe it was 'Brandy You're A Fine Girl' by Looking Glass (1972) or 'Brandy' by Scott English in 1971 (the original version of Barry Manilow's 'Mandy'). Do you remember any lyrics?

The Blue Mink song was the one that occurred to me first, Russell. It's probably 37 years since I heard it too. It may not be the [email protected]! any more but I'm glad you found it!
