There ain't no gold-Nicks can call me FRIEND
This male singer had his biggest hit single in 1974. This single reached number 5 on the Billboard Charts. He had only one more single that charted, it reached number 57 on the Billboard Chart. He album only reached number 54 on the Billboard Album Charts. He also is a second cousin to another male singer. This cousin would have a much bigger career. This cousin would be in a duo that would break up in the 70's. After the break up of this duo ,this cousin would go on a solo career that would see him hit number 5 on the Billboard Charts in 1978. This cousin would go on to have many hit's in the 80's. Can you name both singers, and both of their top 5 songs?

David Allen Loggins

Dave Loggins - Please Come To 70's Tune Forums

Billboard #57 Someday

Duo: Loggins & Messina (Kenny Loggins & Jim Messina)

Kenny Loggins (with Stevie Nicks) - Whenever I Call You Friend

Loggins & Messina

Your Momma Don't Dance #4 on Billboard

It should be noted that Loggins & Messina had many great songs that were not on the Billboard. One of my favorites is 'Angry Eyes' Anne Murray scored a hit when she covered 'Danny's Song'

Jim Messina was also in the band 'POCO'
